Over a 27-year career, our founder Keith Jones has had a significant impact on the AV & Smart Building industry. Since 2017 Keith has been the global industry body’s (CEDIA) chosen instructor for design.
Keith is the only Product Designer in the world to hold the prestigious CEDIA Certified Designer accreditation along with an HND, BA & soon to be, MA in product design.

Discovery: Client consultation, situation, use and impact studies, information gathering to help get the design right.
Concepts: What big ideas can we apply to the design of the product to solve the problems exposed in discovery?
Development: We develop a final product design and 3D model, blending elements of the concepts into our solution.
Prototype: Work with the prototyping house to ensure the 3D model is accurately translated into physical form.
